Last Updated: September 6, 2026 GameFndr is built to help people find and play basketball together. Every player is expected to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment. 1. Respect Other Players Treat other players, organizers, referees, venue staff, and GameFndr representatives with respect. Do not engage in: Harassment Bullying Threats Intimidation Discrimination Hate speech Sexual harassment Fighting 2. Play Fair Players are expected to play fairly and follow reasonable game rules. Do not intentionally injure another player or engage in dangerous conduct. 3. Arrive on Time Players should arrive before the scheduled start time. Late arrival may affect your ability to participate depending on the organizer's rules and game circumstances. 4. No-Show Policy If you reserve a paid slot, other players and organizers may rely on you being present. Repeated no-shows may result in: Warnings Loss of booking privileges Temporary suspension Permanent account restrictions Refund eligibility is determined by the GameFndr Refund & Cancellation Policy. 5. Follow Organizer Instructions Players must follow reasonable instructions concerning: Court use Game rotation Team assignments Safety Schedule Venue rules Organizers may enforce reasonable game-specific rules. 6. Appropriate Behavior at Venues Players must follow the rules of the basketball court, sports facility, school, gym, condominium, or other venue. Do not damage property or engage in behavior that may cause the venue to prohibit GameFndr activities. 7. Alcohol and Drugs Players must not participate while impaired by alcohol or illegal drugs where doing so creates a safety risk or violates venue rules or applicable law. 8. Weapons and Dangerous Items Weapons and dangerous items are prohibited at GameFndr activities except where possession is legally authorized and does not violate venue rules. 9. Fraud and Booking Abuse Players must not: Create fake accounts Reserve slots using false information Manipulate availability Use stolen payment information Attempt unauthorized refunds Resell bookings without permission Circumvent GameFndr restrictions 10. Photos and Recording Players may be photographed or recorded by organizers, venues, or other participants. Do not photograph, record, or publicly share another person in a manner that violates their privacy, creates harassment, or violates applicable law. 11. Reporting Problems If you experience: Harassment Threats Violence Fraud Unsafe behavior Organizer misconduct Repeated no-shows Other serious violations report the issue to GameFndr. Enforcement Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, GameFndr may: Issue a warning Remove content Cancel a booking Restrict participation Suspend an account Permanently terminate an account Refer matters to appropriate authorities where necessary 13. Emergency Situations If there is an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate emergency services or venue personnel first. GameFndr support should not be treated as an emergency-response service. 14. Agreement By using GameFndr and participating in games, you agree to follow these rules and help maintain a respectful basketball community.
