Run the Game. Not the Group Chat.
You already bring the players, the venue and the energy. GameFndr takes the booking list and the payment chasing off your hands, so game day is the only thing left to think about.

Built around the organizer
Your Group Chat Is For Banter.
Let Bookings Live Here.
You already handle the venue, the players and the game. Booking admin shouldn't take over your day.
The usual group-chat routine
- Post the schedule, then repeat the details all week.
- Ask each player to send their payment one by one.
- Match screenshots against names and amounts.
- Edit the player list after every message.
- Lean on the same group to fill empty spots.
The GameFndr way
- Put the venue, time, price and slots in one listing.
- Send one link. Players book and pay themselves.
- GameFndr collects the payment and records the booking.
- Your roster updates the moment someone pays.
- Your game is visible to players browsing schedules.

We Simplify The Booking.
Four steps, and only the first one is really yours. The rest happens while you're getting ready to play.
01 / List
Create your game
Add your sport, venue, date, time, player capacity and price. Add a court photo and what's included, so players arrive knowing the deal.
02 / Share
Send one link
Drop your game link in the group chats and socials you already use. Players can also find it on GameFndr while browsing schedules.
03 / Book
Players book & pay
Players reserve their slot, add friends if they're bringing them, and pay through GameFndr. Unpaid holds release automatically.
04 / Play
Run your session
Open your roster on game day, use the built-in rotation for 5v5, and let the per-game chat handle the logistics.

Beyond your usual circle
Your Next Player Might
Not Be In Your Chat.
Someone has a free evening. Someone wants a weekend game. Someone just moved to the area. Your listing gives them a place to find you.
The more players who use GameFndr, the more people see what's open on the day they want to play (and the more chances your empty slots get booked).
More visibility means more chances, never a guarantee that spots fill.
Less back-and-forth
Answer the basics once
Time, venue, price and inclusions live in one listing, so nobody has to scroll back through old messages.
Easier to share
Turn interest into a booking
Regulars and first-timers get the same clear next step: open the link, pick a slot, pay, done.
Room to grow
Build beyond one group
Keep your community, and let players who are new to the area or just free that evening find you.
More Ways GameFndr
Takes Weight Off You.
Booking is the start. The tools around it are what keep an organizer's evening from turning into unpaid work.
One link, everywhere
Drop your game link in the group chat, a story or a post. Everyone sees the same venue, time, price and slots left.
A roster you can trust
See who's in, how many friends they're bringing and how to reach them, so game-day headcount is never a guess.
Holds that release themselves
Unpaid bookings expire on their own and the slot opens back up, so your list only shows real, paid players.
Built-in 5v5 rotation
Shuffle teams, track the running score and rotate players to a target score, without the 'who's next' debate.
A chat for every game
Rides, gear and tip-off time get their own thread, so your main community chat stays clean.
Everything in one dashboard
Edit details, review bookings and keep track of upcoming sessions from one place instead of five screenshots.
A clearer payment flow
They Pay On GameFndr.
You Get Your Proceeds.
No more collecting individual transfers from every player or chasing the one person who "forgot". Players pay as they book; GameFndr collects the participation payment and remits your proceeds under your organizer terms.
Before your first listing
We confirm the platform fee, remittance schedule, payout method and cancellation and refund rules with you, so there are no surprises later.
You stay responsible for the venue and for running the session. Payment collection and organizer remittance follow the terms agreed with you.
Step 01
Player books and pays
Payment is collected through GameFndr at the moment of booking, by card or e-wallet.
Step 02
The booking is recorded
Your roster and slot count update automatically. No screenshots, no manual tallying.
Step 03
Proceeds are remitted to you
After applicable deductions, under the organizer terms agreed with you.
No same-day payout is promised. Fees and payout timing are set out in your organizer terms.
GameFndr
Platform Fees
Simple pricing per player
Our platform fee is ₱20–₱35 per player. It helps cover payment processing fees and VAT, website costs, managing bookings, player support, and taxes we pay to the BIR.
Higher game prices mean higher payment processing costs, so our fee adjusts with the price. The platform fee isn’t all profit—we still deduct these expenses from it.
How The Platform Fee Works
The GameFndr platform fee is charged per player. Organizers can choose how they want to include it in their game price.
Example: ₱350 game price + ₱30 platform fee
Add it on top
Player pays ₱380 — ₱350 goes to the organizer and ₱30 is the GameFndr platform fee.
Include it in the price
Player pays ₱350 — the ₱30 platform fee is deducted from the game price, leaving ₱320 for the organizer.
Organizers have the flexibility to add the platform fee on top of their game price or include it within their existing price.
